Original site content, design, and branding of BRICK CLUB are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without permission.

User Submissions

When you submit a builder application or partner inquiry, you grant us permission to review and store the information you provide for the purpose stated on the form. We may use submitted portfolio links and descriptions to evaluate your application. We will not publicly share your submission without your consent.

Submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. By submitting a form, you consent to the processing described in our Privacy Policy.

Stream Content

Live streams and VOD content are hosted on third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for content availability or platform-specific issues.
